HORTICULTURE As the name suggests Horticulture is an intensive form of agriculture that includes the cultivation of fruits, flowers, vegetables, medicinal and aromatic plants and spices. It also involves crop development, DNA testing of various crops, insect disease and weed control, crop utilization, pre/post harvest management, storage of produce.
